How to Get Your MRI Report

PDF from your doctor or patient portal — Download the report directly from MyChart, Follow My Health, or your provider's portal. This is the easiest and most accurate option.

iPhone screenshot or photo — Open the report on your phone, take a screenshot (press Side + Volume Up), or photograph a printed copy. Make sure all text is legible and well-lit.

Android photo — Open your camera, photograph the report page by page. Hold steady, avoid shadows, and ensure the text is sharp and readable.

Patient portal export — Log in to your hospital's patient portal, find your MRI results under "Test Results" or "Documents," and download or screenshot the report.

Paper copy — Lay the report flat on a table with good lighting. Photograph each page straight-on, keeping all edges visible. Avoid glare and shadows.
