1. Information We Collect

When you submit an MRI report through MRIviz, we collect:

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect payment information during the beta period.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your MRI report is used for one purpose only: to generate your personalized plain-English translation. Specifically:

We do not use your MRI report to train AI models. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your MRI report with any third parties.

The only external service that processes your report content is Anthropic's API (the AI model that performs the translation). Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or other healthcare organizations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users, but we will notify you if we are legally permitted to do so.

4. Data Retention

Your report link is active for 30 days from the date it is created. After 30 days, the link expires and all associated report data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report and respond to any follow-up questions. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

5. Security

MRIviz is served over HTTPS. Report submissions are transmitted securely via encrypted connections. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information during transmission and storage.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive medical information, please contact us before submitting.

6. Children's Privacy

MRIviz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
